Summary: My husband, 1.5 year old twins, and dogs stayed at the modern swan for thanksgiving holiday. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive, everything was just as they had described online, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our kids needs with baby gates already in place as well as a check out that worked with their nap time. We will absolutely stay here again on future trips to Georgia. Serenbe is a wonderful, family friendly community!

Summary: The house is great. The pool on-site is a nice benefit. There are multiple really great spaces for relaxing. We enjoyed grilling steaks and hanging out on the screened porch and the kids swimming in the pool. Highly recommend this property for families with 5 y/o plus kids and would be great for older kids.

Summary: What a spectacular visit we had this past weekend at the Modern Swann. No amenity was spared at this fabulous home in Serenbe. We have visited Serenbe many times with our family and were not only pleased by the location of MS but also how spectacular the property was. To be honest, you really would not need to leave! Our two daughters loved every aspect of it and our aging parents also loved the ease of getting in and out. The pool was beautiful, the golf cart worked perfectly and we also loved that our 13 year old pup could tag along! We can't wait to go back again soon!

Summary: Six friends converged from LA, Tulsa, Seattle, Cincinnati and Dallas at the Modern Swann in Serenbe. We had the best time! Enjoyed the pool (a lot), the hot tub, the sun porch, and the golf cart to get to the General Store and the Farmhouse at Serenbe for lunch. The primary bedroom is huge and the en-suite is my dream bathroom. The house is very well stocked with everything you’d need. Loved the attention to detail and appreciated the welcome snacks. We did not want to leave! Highly recommended for small groups or families. Serenbe is a very special place and the Modern Swann is, IMHO, the best rental by far.

Summary: Highly recommend this great property... the home itself is extremely well built. The appliances are all great, the beds were comfortable, and the golf cart was amazing to get around Serenbe. Our favorite was their backyard... we liked hanging out there with the pool and the privacy of just being with the nature. If you are looking for a quiet place, nature oriented, but still have all modern amenities of a great home I would recommend this place.
