Positive: Clean, bright, convenient to everything we wanted to see.

Negative: The pillows were too few. Needed some variety in filling. And the kitchen supplies were limited - only one pot and not enough utensils and dishes for six people

Summary: This suite was lovely and comfortable. I would return.

Positive: It was a really nice apartment and the beds were good and the bed seats were nice. It was nice that it was close to the Metro Station

Negative: I think the apartment is best in the summer. It was pretty cold and in one of the rooms we were not being able to put the heat on

Summary: But all in all, it was good and I would definitely recommend it

Positive: We loved the space in the unit and the location. Very close to 2 subway stations. Communication was very good. The dryer wasn’t working and when I mentioned this a technician was organised in very short space of time the day after Christmas which was great greatly appreciated. Value for money was outstanding compared to other accommodation in NYC for a family of 5. It was great to have a kitchen & laundry facilities. We stayed for 11 nights & having the ability to eat in and do washing was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Negative: Given the apartments sleeps 6 there could have been more crockery - only 4 small plates and 5 pieces of each other pieces which meant you have to wash after each meal. The front door to the building needed to be slammed multiple times to close. The taps in both bathrooms need repairing. They still work

Positive: The location is convenienly near two subway lines. The neighborhood is lively and full of great restaurant options. There are 24 hour grocery stores as well.

Negative: Front bedrooms face the street and it can be noisy at times though mostly it was quiet enough.

Summary: We loved our stay in this large and very clean aptartment and it's convenient, fun neighborhood.

Positive: Comfortable beds with good bed linen Washing machine and tumble dryer useful. Large fridge/freezer Good WiFi Convenient for restaurants, delis etc. Lots of useful baby equipment.

Negative: No warning of 2 steep flights of stairs. We had a young child and with no elevator it wasn’t ideal. Would have liked to have been told this. Not enough seating in lounge. If 6 people staying in apartment, seating would be cramped. Blackout blinds would be helpful especially in front bedrooms. More cleaning equipments - sprays and cloths would be useful to keep the place clean. No bedside table in front double bedroom
