Summary: Such a lovely home! It's beautiful, fun, and in a great location - walking distance to tons of great restaurants, beautiful neighborhood! Hosts were so helpful and fun, and we had everything we needed! Would highly recommend, thank you so much for having us! :)

Summary: This house could be spectacular when updates occur. The house was decorated beautifully and there were some personal touches that would make you feel at home. The host left for guests games to play, books to read and records (yes vinyl) to hear music. The half bath had a wonderful fountain like spout. It also was nice to be able to wash and dry clothes. Despite the good, there were areas which definitely could be improved upon. I think the majority was due to the cleaning service. When we arrived, the shower curtain, linen and bath mat was filthy. We informed the host and she ordered a new set which came the next day. The main burner on the gas stove was broken. The step to go down to the patio was a bit dangerous (liked cracked); pots and pans were not fully cleaned and baking dishes were left greasy. The primary bedroom slept well but the bunk beds are not comfortable. Also, there was very limited space to put clothes away. My family slept well on the sofa bed. Some utensils (steak knives) easily broke and one bowl actually had a hole and crack. Although the linen was cleaned some definitely were stained. The washing machine was quite loud on the spin cycle and unfortunately the dryer lint was left around the floor and was not vacuumed before our stay. Although these were negatives, it did not take away the beauty and splendor of the home. The neighborhood is quiet but at times it can be tricky to park on the street.

Summary: This rental was a great location only a few minutes from the city. You could peak the city lights out the upstairs windows and we had some great nights sitting out on the patio. The top bunk was a little tough for an adult to get into but a very comfortable bed. We were there during a heat wave so it was a little warm upstairs as there were only room AC units but when the weather was cool it was comfortable with the windows open. We greatly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were easy to communicate with!
