Positive: Peaceful atmosphere in a green neighborhood. Spacious studio. Freshly painted and up to date furnishings. Kitchenette set up is practical for short stay where you just need basics.
Negative: Was not clear that this is a studio apartment, no separate bedroom. Desk work area is limited. No direct contact with owners/managers to get quick answers to questions. Lots of time figuring out how climate control and door lock worked.
Summary: Wonderful short stay.

Positive: Lovely, spacious, over-the-garage apartment with lots of windows in a stunningly beautiful neighborhood. Very affordable compared to Ann Arbor hotel prices. Great place to walk, enjoy Burns Park; very close to U. of Michigan and all that downtown Ann Arbor has to offer. Apartment is decorated tastefully and has everything you need: queen bed, sofa for relaxing, small table for dining or working, bathroom with great shower, basic kitchen things - microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, etc. Note that there is NOT an oven or cooktop. Keyless entry worked fine.
Negative: The Booking.com / Mitten communication process - multiple steps - was a hassle. The bed was not horrible, but could definitely use an upgrade. Apartment seemed quite clean, but the shower floor could use bleach or some other treatment.
Summary: Spacious apartment in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood minutes from U. of Michigan and downtown.
