Positive: Easy check-in, good location near the river valley. Separate entrance. All the amenities (full kitchen, bathroom, couch, tv, etc).
Negative: Bit of a hassle signing waivers, taking selfies and scanning ID/driver's license after booking and prior to check-in. There is also a 2% fee (which is written at the bottom of the listing under Property Info) that is above and beyond the listed price and fees. It is a basement suite (which may not be immediately clear on the listing) and the floors are very thin. Unfortunately, I had a few people and a dog move in upstairs and it was very noisy at times. That's not the property's fault, but you will hear every footstep upstairs.

Positive: I lobe the fact the accommodates were in contact with me when I thought these people were supposed to be helping me when in fact the said they left the house but really betrayed me and hid in a place where I couldn't see them witch was disrespectful to me and the owner of this beautiful home now I'm being charged for the 150 dollars and God knows how much more when I paid these people to help me carry my luggage cause I'm actually 5 and half months pregnant and it was my 4 year anniversary and it was good until.tjis
Negative: the people who went out of there way to sabotage me and coast me alot of my money when I have 5 kids on a very low income which I didn't really have the cash to be doing this but it was a special day for me

Positive: Actually the location was good, the house was clean and had all the necessities, and the staff was cooperative and quick to respond.
Negative: Only the heating was a little weak and there was no option to control it.
