2 Bedroom House in Cole, Denver

This is a converted industrial loft space on a beautiful lot in a great part of town. It has super tall ceilings, reclaimed floors, and an amazing mid-century decor. It's equipped with an amazing sound system and commercial grade kitchen!
This a phenomenal space. It's a converted commercial space with 18 foot ceilings with an industrial feel at roomy 2550 square feet. It's a very open floor plan with two bathrooms. It's furnished with vintage furniture and art.
The Kitchen is commercial grade with a six burner Imperial Stove and Viking Hood. I have everything you might need to cook up a storm. There is a barbecue.
One bedroom is upstairs with a king memory foam bed. The bathroom upstairs has a large steam shower that sits at least two if you want to get cozy. The bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bathroom downstairs has a massive concrete tub and shower that fits a small village.
I can guarantee you won't find a more unique modern place in the city center. Killer new landscaped area with gas fireplace, pergola, gardens, and multiple seating areas.
Please note: You need to be cool with a more open space. You can hear somewhat from one bedroom to the other.
Also, for larger parties, there is one king bed, one queen bed, a day bed, a futon, and two couches. I also have a deluxe queen air mattress if you need it.

Summary: We recently stayed at the Urban Loft for a bachelor party and had an excellent time. We had plenty of space, it was close to a lot of cool places, and the outdoor area was great. There isn't a lot of privacy with a large group (it's an open floor plan) but was perfect for our weekend. Would absolutely come back!

Summary: We had a small dinner party for the Holidays with about 10 people. I don't think we could have picked a better VRBO. Mark met us on site and gave us the tour and answered any questions we had. The layout of the house was perfect for entertaining and the backyard with fire pit was perfect. Seemed very private. Will definitely stay again!

Summary: I can’t begin to express my gratitude for this property and the owner and his assistant! This place has EVERYTHING! I felt honored to spend the weekend here and could walk anywhere we wanted to go, but wanted to enjoy it as much as possibly so I didn’t hardly leave! Thank you!

Summary: Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. Great location in the RiNo neighborhood with plenty to do within walking distance or a short bike/scooter. The home is great for larger groups with plenty of daybeds. Air mattresses are there as well, but some of them leak and could use replacing. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking for your group. Large outdoor space is a nice perk with gas fireplace and lots of seating. Would recommend and would stay again.

Summary: Aside from being double booked the trip and place was excellent. Renovated auto shop was wonderfully done and large outdoor area to use was a bonus! Definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Summary: The property was great for big groups. We had 13 people for a bachelor party and Mark’s place was just as advertised. Plenty of space and the yard was beautiful. The location made it easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go! If you are okay with the open space it is the perfect place to stay.
