Welcome to my beautiful clean home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Spacious living room & kitchen on main floor, cozy 3 BR upstairs for 1-8 guests. The master BR is ensuite. Strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 mins drive to U of A, NAIT, Royal Alex Hospital, Kingsway mall & 5 KM to Rogers place/hockey Arena, easy access to Yellow head trail and Anthony Henday highway. 11 km to West Edmonton Mall & Commonwealth stadium. Close to shopping center, Pubs & restaurants.
The space:
3 bedrooms accommodation in a Modern house, peaceful neighborhood with private entrance. Cozy bedrooms for 1 - 6 guests, spacious living room with smart TV, 2 couches and air mattress for additional guests to sleep. The master bedroom is ensuite, each room has a queen size bed and full- size closet. Beautiful, clean and centrally located.

YOUR LIVING ROOM ON MAIN FLOOR: Has a smart TV and free WiFi for you to watch your favourite movies 24/7, 2 couches for additional guest to sleep.
KITCHEN ON MAIN FLOOR: Here you have refrigerator, micro wave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and silverware. Feel free to use the coffee and tea provided for you to have a comfortable stay.

Self check in, access to door key code will be made available to you prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Any late booking for same day check in, between 8 pm to 12 midnight, check in time will be from 4 pm the following day. Any booking between 12 midnight to 6 am for that same day, check in will start from 4 pm on that day.

Summary: Lovely clean home, exactly as advertised, in a nice neighborhood, fully equipped, Host Mary was very responsive and helpful. would definitely stay there again and do recommend it to everyone!!! Thank you for providing such a great place to stay Mary.

Summary: The area is older but we felt safe. The house was tidy and clean. The listing said beds for up to 8 but there were only 3 queens. The leather couch and loveseat were not pullouts & not suitable as adult beds. I would say beds for up to 6. We asked for an air mattress that was supposedly available but it was only if you paid extra for more than 8 guests. We managed as we doubled up in one of the beds, but it could have been awkward as we are not all of the same family or sex! Our communication with the host was excellent so we knew what we had to do. We stayed 3 nights so one suggestion is to have pamphlets of what's available in the area and sites to visit. Overall it was a good choice for 4 adults and was close to the U of A where we needed to be.

Summary: Air conditioning that is listed did not work. Additional fees added that were not posted on the VRBO page. I would not recommend this property it is an older well renovated property furniture is old school. No idea how she got so many good reviews

Summary: We loved the location of this house, and the street parking was good. We went there as a family to celebrate Christmas and to visit extended family. We were there for two hours when we got a call stating we were too noisy, we tried very hard to keep everything quieter after that. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children ages 6 years, 2 years & 7 months, It was hard to keep them quiet. Last night there you could hear the downstairs residents making noise all night even carried to the bedroom floor. The house was clean and functional for us. We loved that there was a high chair included

Summary: Our stay in this house was an absolute delight. The house was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. It was wonderful having two full bathrooms on the bedroom floor and an additional half bath on the main floor. Mary was quick to respond to any queries and accommodated a separate arrival time for one of our group. Reading Mary's responses to other reviews helped to clarify what was expected of us as guests in her home. We had no interaction with the tenants downstairs - would not have known they were there without the notation in the description of the rental. The one lower rating in regards to check in was due to an issue with the front door lock - which our host prepared us for in her entry instructions. The lock would appear to accept the code and sound like it was opening but we would not get the "green light". Our stay coincided with a drop in temperatures and we were warned there may be issues. We simply went in through the back door. It was really no problem. Because we were notified about this ahead of time, we didn't feel the need to bother the host by reporting it and we were never unable to get into the home. It just became a running joke in our little group. I would highly recommend this rental and this host. I will not hesitate to book with her again. group. times for
