Summary: This is the 3rd year we've stayed in this apartment block and the view from the balcony is amazing. The accommodation is everything you would want, clean, spacious, well-equipped and welcoming. The other residents in the block are very friendly. Parking is easy. The Nature Reserve linked to the accommodation is a lovely stroll with an abundance of wildlife. You will probably see dolphins during your stay and will definitely see pelicans!We would recommend doing the kayak trip on the Crystal River at Weeki Wachee.

Summary: The location is really nice but the floors were filthy, I came in on a Sat and didn't get them cleaned until Wed. The communication about check in was poor as no fob for the pool or community center available for 3 days. The bedding is really old and needs to be replaced. I have never had such an experience with other Florida locations using VRBO.

Summary: My husband and I loved staying at this property! I actually watched the sun both rise and set from the balcony. We definitely recommend staying!! The only negative thing I can say is that we didn’t stay long enough!
