Not to mention that it’s minutes away from John Penne Kamp Coral Reef State Park, The Big Chill restaurant, Sundowners, Mrs. Macs Kitchen, The Lazy Lobster restaurant, Harry Harris Park, sombrero beach and so many more! In addition to the cool spots mentioned, you will enjoy the best seafood in the world at any number of local restaurants!
A quick description of the house is as follows; The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the Second bedroom has another king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed & the fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. The home is fully furnished, enormous living room with cable TV & easy WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and amenities including a washer and dryer, a long dock where you can watch marvelous sunsets, boaters & kayaks go by.

Summary: Spent 5 weeks in Dec 2022/Jan 2023. The house and property are exactly as described. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Canal front with easy access to both the bay (and Everglades for fishing) and the ocean (through a cut near the house and through the mangroves around Pennekamp State Park). Great restaurants/bars - The Fish House, Snooks, Sundowners, Caribbean Club, Snappers. Quiet neighborhood. Fully fenced-in yard and very pet friendly. Incredibly well equipped kitchen. Large washer and dryer. TVs in 2 king bedrooms as well as on the first and main floors. Netflix, etc. on each. Easy check-in/out. Can be a bit buggy (no-see-ums) if there's no breeze (but there usually is!), but there are tiki torches and a fire pit too. Lauren was super helpful with the handful of questions we encountered along the way. As mentioned in previous reviews, the deck is a little uneven - only a problem if you are not sure footed. Spent a lot of time enjoying the screened in porch.

Summary: One of our best vacations at the keys ever. We will definitely return! The home is perfect for a big family or any family celebration. We had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The host was amazing, quick response and super understanding. The home is equipped with everything you may need and beautifully decorated. It’s also a fisherman’s ideal home. Plenty of space for our boat. We are looking forward to coming back and enjoying more of this wonderful home.

Summary: Nice location on the canal with a couple of close restaurants and a publix. Really nice back yard with a pool and hot tub. Plenty of indoor space. The deck was large but a little run down. The deck itself and the stairs are uneven in many locations which feels a little unsafe. The house has a few leaks during heavy rain which can be problematic. Rain comes under the doors in the master bedroom from the balcony (literally under the floors and up from the floor, not through the track the doors slide on) and from the skylight in the master bathroom.

Summary: we vacation with our kids and their kids every summer. This property met all of out needs better than any others that we have visited. We loved the long dock to accommodate our 2 boats, the pool and hot tub were used daily by the kids and adults, the large dining room tables fit our whole family, this place was perfect. We will be back1

Summary: Very easy process for checking in. The house is fully equipped however not very clean. Gathered everyone in the family and cleaned up the house in no time. Unfortunately we had a little thunderstorm one of the weeks that broke a tree branch on our internet cable and we didn’t have wifi for 5 days. The manager was very helpful. We also had a problem with the front door lock but they replaced it right away.

Summary: Nice but home inside was not clean when we arrived. Bedding and beds not clean and had certain smell in master bedroom. No proper directions or instructions on pool and hot tub. Microwave was broken could not use. No toaster provided only toaster oven which did not work good. No paddle boards or kayaks provided.

Summary: The location is great and the home has some terrific upgrades like the kitchen with modern appliances. Having the pool and hot tub is great for the family. Overall a really well appointed home and would definitely stay here again.
