Summary: This property is uniquely located between Daytona and St. Augustine for a holiday getaway! With a heated pool we were able to spend warm days floating and evenings enjoying local holiday entertainment. The space was well prepared for us to cook our Thanksgiving meal and the property manager was so quick to answer questions and support our needs along the way. Also the space is absolutely beautiful! It was homey and so unique compared to what I've seen all over the country. If you want to get away from Orlando and still have an adventure this was a cool place to explore!

Summary: This property was perfect for our small family vacation. Very clean and organized. Just the right Size for a family of five! Would highly recommend! The host answered any and all questions in a very timely manner.

Summary: We stayed here for the month of March. Nice home, very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. 15 or 20 minutes to beautiful Flagler beach area and restaurants. Also close to some area golf courses. The pool area was very relaxing.

Summary: my wife and i had the pleasure of renting this vacation home.this home is everything that is described and more.the neighborhood is very nice as well as the neighbors,we fell in love with palm coast and the surrounding areas.i wish we could have rented this home for next year but it is booked.we did happen to find another place in palm coast but will always remember this one.thanks for everything

Summary: This is a hard review, because I actually really enjoyed the house. The house is clean, modern, and brand new feeling. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and the st. Augustine area. The few small problems I had are specific and I’d rather talk to the owner to elaborate.

Summary: This house was exactly as pictured. Very modern and newly updated. The pool was a huge luxury and what we enjoyed the most. We also really appreciated that it is dog-friendly, as we usually travel from Chicago to Florida each year with out dogs. Location was convenient to both the beach and St. Augustine, if you don't mind a short drive. I would note that the furniture is low, as another guest mentioned. Although it didn't bother us, we could see how it might be difficult for elderly. The kitchen was a dream and well supplied!! We will be happy to stay here again.

Summary: Very appropriate for a small family. Very convenient... 10 minutes from Publix, Walmart and Target. 15 minutes from my new favorite beach: Flagler Beach ( lowkey old school beach ). Quiet secluded neighborhood. Very mordern decor... loved it. The owner was very accessible and responsive. Great brand new pool... the screen pool very nice ( kept bugs out ). Will visit again.

Summary: We have stayed in many many VRBO homes over the last two decades. This house is one of the nicest! The attention to detail is exceptional from the sound system, soft closing cabinetbdoors to the faucets. This home is beautiful and very eclectic. They have an incredible pool area , actually one of the nicest we have ever had. They have beach chairs and an umbrella that are available to use at one of the many beaches in the area. The owner is prompt to answer any questions. But it is not a home for those who are older, have chronic illness, back problems or knee problems. Out of three bedrooms two have beds that sit on pallets and the master bed is very uncomfortable. The furniture while functional is very low and as hard as a brick. My husband who has a titanium rod in his back could not join our family in the living room as the furniture was so hard and difficult to get off of. So when we were home and not in the pool area he had to be on the one normal bed the entire time. This made “family time” difficult to say the least. There was a nice large TV in the living room but none in the bedrooms. I had forgotten to let the owner know that I was adding two last minute guest which I totally understand I should have done. I learned quickly we were being watched as the owner sent me a message commenting on this. I understand the owners need to protect their investment but it was kind of creepy.

Summary: We have never stayed in Palm Coast before while visiting Florida and after searching for many days/hours I found this one! It was the perfect size/location! The owners were always quick to get back with me with any questions I had before and during our stay. We spent most of our time at the pool area! We loved it and had a very relaxing week!
