Summary: Add for property misleading - no central air conditioning and no washer/dryer. Beds very comfortable. Downstairs suite in house and no yard.

Summary: Several months ago I rented the place a few days before my arrival, host cancels my reservation saying there is city water maintenance and water will be off. I check VRBO and this same place is listed for my dated but the price was significantly increased. I checked to see if it would accept my reservation for the original time. It was accepted and I did not have to input credit card info. They did have a pipe leak that the neighbor told me was their issue and not the cities and had been like that. Canceling reservation at last minute than upping the price was unethical.
