Positive: Excellent, secure parking for our motorbikes. Hot shower. Comfortable beds. The host was very nice. Apartment was spotlessly clean.
Negative: The advert stated there was a washing machine in the apartment but there wasn’t. However the host did offer to do a wash for us in their house. The bed mattresses slide around a lot on their bases. The kitchen was a disappointment. If you turned up without any of your own things it would be impossible to cook a meal. There were no utensils at all, no sharp cutting knife and no chopping board. There wasn’t even a set of cutlery, just one fork, three dessert spoons and a tea spoon - for two people! We are travelling long term and we have our own equipment for when we’re camping and so we were ok, but the kitchen should be equipped well enough to cook a meal. It isn’t. A full cooked breakfast was brought to the room in the morning, however it was stone cold. It’s a new apartment and very nice. Just sort out the kitchen so that it’s functional. The other thing that should be noted and it’s of no fault to the owner, but the road to the accommodation was very bad. The part to the main road was very rutted, uneven and rocky. It’s on a steep slope and so getting out on the motorbikes was tricky, especially as it was very difficult to stop on the steep bit to check for traffic.

Positive: Staff are great, good communication before and during stay. Property is located approximately 500m down a dirt road, which when wet is challenging. We managed in a 2WD sedan but one to be aware of. Unfortunately we arrived to it a dirty toilet but the staff were very apologetic and offered a complimentary breakfast - I think this was a one time thing.
Summary: Fine for a few nights in the capital - warm, safe, friendly staff.

Positive: Clean room, the host and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Negative: The road leading to the Guesthouse was bad. Also think the host must consider taking card payments or payments via booking.com as cash and eft are not convenient. I was reminded about proof of payment and it felt as though I was planning on leaving without payment, which was not nice. Payment must be managed via booking.com
