Positive: The villa is beautiful and wonderfully situated with fantastic views. We were a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) in the Kalipso villa with a view of the sea from the pool. The outside space, lounge and bedrooms were all well appointed, enjoyable and comfortable. Yannis was very responsive to all questions. The short walk into Mochlos from the villa was no distance at all. The village is an absolute delight with excellent tavernas, bars and a couple of shops.

Negative: The kitchen was small for cooking for 9 people, and would be improved by more work surfaces, storage and a dishwasher - the draining board was also very small. The downstairs rooms don't have Aircon but have fans instead. This wasn't a major issue for us but it might be for some people. There also isn't a washing machine.

Positive: The owner, his staff, the location, the flexibility in accommodating our needs and requirements, the space and the overall quality of the accommodation. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you.

Negative: The bathrooms needed attention with hoses that leaked and were showing signs of their age. Some of the insects screens were damaged.

Positive: The villa including the host Janis and Katrina exceed our expectations, to give the experience 10 out of 10 would not give the experience justice. Every day the staff would be available to answer your requests with a smile and the politeness you do not often find in the world today.

Negative: Nothing the villa and owners plus the staff are excellent and located in a stunning location.All the grounds and pools are cleaned daily.

Positive: Walking distance to village, also elevated with a view. Yanni's was great when plane was delayed and met us at the Villa after midnight with a bottle of traditional spirit Raki and a homemade cake. People in village were friendly, generous and food at restaurants was amazing.
