Positive: Our second time at Moinho das Fragas - we love this little house and location! It’s just a privilege to have Fragas de São Simão all to yourself at night and early morning. Host Sandra is amazing.

Negative: The house is not big - but there is enough space for a couple with a child.

Positive: Amazing stay in this stone house near the river, we spent 5 days there over Christmas. Enjoyed the fireplace, cottage small but very comfortable for 2 people with everything equipped for you to cook. Sandra was fantastic with extremely quick replies and great instructions on how to find the house. We will definitely return.

Positive: Amazing location - we knew Fragas de São Simão already and it was a dream to be able to wake up in nature! The cottage is small but very well designed - with storage in every corner! Very well equipped - but there is also a bar/ kiosk just a few steps away where you can buy some snacks.

Negative: Everything was perfect. But if there is something we can suggest is to have more than 2 pillows - we like sleeping with more.

Summary: You won’t get a better location!
