Negative: Lot of restrictions and presence of cameras.Many rules should have been disclosed before booking. Instead the binder of pages of rules and conditions was welcoming us. (Ex clean your toilet after using it, dont start the dishwasher for a few items, etc ). Obvious rules, but it far from hospitality.. everything is counted: water, toilet paper, we travelled 6 hours to get there and we had to dispose our garbage back home as written in their binder...very pricey to end up providing toilet paper, water and bring our garbage with out....or else we will be charged ....Fully furnished like a home , but then high caution is required.The more we read the rules , the less we were keen to stay and use the bbq and other benefits on the site ...but it was our yearly vacation.......Not quite our definition of vacation nor sanctuary.

Positive: A really nice cottage on the riverside. We were a bit worried as it did not have any reviews when we booked but the reality exceeded the expectations. A rare case when pictures are much worse than the reality. So you won't be disappointed. I remove 1 point for the management. I remove another point as the cottage located on the riverside does not provide any kayaks or boats.
Negative: The cottage is under a management of a company so when you call the person on the other side is in California (and of course they don't pick up the phone before 11 am) and next time you have the impression that you are called from India. So it 3 days we could not get the reply to the question. Very poor communication prior the arrival, when we wanted to extend one day, they added the clean up fee for the second time and refused to remove so we did not extend as the total was over 500$ per night. They were "unable" to proceed the payment and sent me strange links to pay on my own on a very suspicious site. But as soon as I contacted booking.com support, my card became "valid" and was charged in a regular way. We did not receive any arrival information and had to contact them to get it.
