Spacious home on top of a hill. You can see for miles from the backyard which is a rare find in Florida. You can see the Citrus Tower which is approximately 7 miles away and is a Clermont landmark. You can watch the nightly Disney fireworks from the comfort of the lanai or out in the fenced in green space. Almost each room has its own bathroom with the exception of 2 rooms that do share a bathroom. The sofa bed is upstairs in the bonus room which is a large space with a full bathroom. The main area is a great room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is beyond fully equipped with loads of counter space. It has an enormous island which has 4 barstools for additional seating and easy mingling. This home is great for enjoying family time while also giving everyone a sense of privacy in their rooms. The neighborhood is great for an afternoon walk. Very safe with very little traffic. You will be close enough to enjoy all the theme parks Orlando has to offer but far enough to be away from the hustle of the touristy area. If you enjoy cycling, the streets in Clermont offer rolling hills for training. You'll encounter lots of other cyclists who come to the area specifically for the terrain. Lake Louisa State Park is just down the street and offers trails as well as lake access and lots of activities such as kayaking, picicking, and horse back riding. You are surrounded by the chain of lakes if boating is of interest. Many of these lakes also have small beaches and great walking trails. Clermont really is a central Florida gem and this home allows you to enjoy it in comfort.

Summary: This home was perfectly situated in Clermont. Close to everything and nearby charming Mt. Dora. The home is extremely spacious and well laid out with private “wings” of bedrooms and baths so everyone has their own space. Well appointed kitchen also so making a meal in was easy!

Summary: The house was very clean and comfortable. Host was great with communication. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very comfy and ac/heat was spot on. We’ve come to Clermont every year for the last 5 years, this was the best house we’ve seen and stayed in.

Summary: This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as awesome as the first! Great communication from the host, easy access to check in and out, and a stocked kitchen to help with our cooked meals. The multiple bathrooms/showers were definitely a highlight with a group of seven or more. We're all looking forward to our next possible stay here.

Summary: The house is in a nice, safe area and we felt good. The one bedroom is advertised as having two double beds but only had one. We luckily had a last minute cancellation of the 5th and 6th person on our trip, otherwise, the house would have been tight with them there. The house was clean and nice. We had a few minor fix it problems but all in all it was a nice place to stay. The house itself is set in a community and the far from anything but otherwise our location was fantastic.

Summary: Eight members of my family traveled to the area for a sports event and we were all amazed at how nice the house was! There is plenty of space, especially in the common areas--which was important to our family. The location isn't too far from shopping and great dining options. And the hosts communicated with us throughout the stay as needed and were very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely be back for a future stay. A+ across the board!!!
