Positive: Situated not far from the castle. Nice restaurant on the roof. Breakfast included. We forgot the phone and waitress kindly helped us.
Negative: Friday evening was a little bit loud till 23:00 because of the concert

Positive: The room was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean for the most part.
Negative: The coffee machine had algae growing in the water tank, the AC didn't really work well and some of the trim in the bathroom had water damage.

Positive: Симпатичний номер, були всі необхідні речі в номері. Смачний сніданок з шикарним видом на даху.
Negative: Було дуже шумно. Дуже тонкі стіни і погана шумоізоляція, чути що говорять сусіди, шум з коридору і вулиці. Навіть беруші не допомогли(

Positive: Modern Hotel with smart finish too it. Great for a romantic meal on the Sky Garden or a nice Family meal / Party in the Family designated restaurant/ area. Cocktail’s were extremely good , Pizza Chef makes awesome Pizza, Sushi looked and tasted great . Staff were excellent and well mannered. Brilliant stay

Positive: Clean and large rooms, comfortable however air conditioning wasn’t working so room was uncomfortably hot
Negative: Being disturbed by hotel staff after midnight waking me up to request a t shirt from the wardrobe they sell ??? No reason was given for this at all and no apology when I enquired at the front desk why this happened ??
