Positive: Great location, very clean

Negative: There are no towels, no soap or shampoo, and reception is impossible to reach after 5:00 PM. Even if you have any urgent questions, no one answers your phone. It's incredibly inconvenient, as you can't even cook your own food outside. You have to make your own bed with linens. You have to unmake your own bed and bag the linens. You have to clean the house and take out the trash. I didn't pay for the room to have it cleaned; that's what the staff is for.

Positive: Excellent WiFi ! Clean, well equipped chalet. Beautiful surroundings and great for walking. Weather was on our side so plenty of time at the pool. Serenely quiet and well spaced out accommodation lodges gave plenty of privacy. We actually liked that it didn’t go all out to accommodate English as it felt more authentic Netherlands.

Negative: I guess the only thing that would have improved our stay were better pillows and newer mattress’. But then it would have taken it from an overall 8/10 to a 9/10 😁

Summary: We came away refreshed and relaxed….what a holiday should do!

Positive: Nice setting and location. Good facilities both indoor and outdoor. Had lots of family fun.

Negative: Restaurant food was a bit disappointing. Pizza and burger both seemed to be frozen. However the nachos and panini’s were delicious. We sadly found a dead bird under the sofa in our living area which makes me wonder whether the home was cleaned before we stayed.
