Summary: The towels are old and some have holes . Paint is peeling from shower ceiling. Water does not drain properly. House keeping managers gaves us a hard time about a towel having lipsticks on it which was already there when we received it. Furniture thought out the entire hotel need to be updated.

Summary: Nice hotel used during a long layover. Clean and has good facilities. The bathroom was a bit old and in need of repair but functional.

Summary: Pros: good hot water, tea and kettle maker, nice balcony, good gym, great location, pretty quiet, friendly staff, plenty of power outlets, great view from the roof, rooms nicely decorated Cons: fridge was broken, staff couldn't locate my reservation upon checkin (took them 20 minutes), staff were not at the airport as scheduled to pick me up, and the great selection of food at the breakfast was useless since the food meant to be cold was warm, and the food meant to be hot was room temperature. Had to stick to fruit and bread only. Considering that Ethiopia is so poor, this is a nice three-star accommodation, and I can forgive the problems. Would stay again

Summary: The staff was outstanding. The breakfast was very good. It seemed a bit odd that the dining room was empty for lunch and supper, and that it was the custom to eat in your room. It made the hotel lack vibrancy. Not sure why it was so empty.
