Positive: The room was decorated nicely and was very cosy. I appreciated the cleanliness.
Negative: The bed - it wasn't terrible, but it was still bad. It creaked with every slight movement; even a slightly longer breath would have been enough. The mattresses were hard and bad to sleep on, but the nice room made up for it.

Positive: The location is a 15 minute walk to the lovely Hlavna St, in the town centre, and the owner kindly left a basket of food and drinks for me. The flat was in a beautiful new building and received the sun all day. It is on 7th floor and has a good view over the city. The balcony is very spacious and during warm weather would be a welcome escape from the heat. The property was always warm and the heating was on constantly. There is a supermarket 100m from the building, or a big Lidl in the town centre. The railway station is about a mile from the flat, and travel is very cheap, and efficient. At the top of Hlavna St, is a big modern shopping centre, Aupark which complements the small individual shops in the town centre. There are many beautiful churches to visit, and the tourist office is very close to St Elizabeth's Cathedral, at 59 Hlavna St.
Negative: Perhaps a microwave oven or an airfryer would be a good addition, to allow visitors to heat food. There was no TV, but if you have a laptop, you can use the building's internet connection.
Summary: Excellent -very comfortable, clean and warm, 15-minute walk to the centre. Most people speak English

Positive: Very nice and discrete location. I like that it has a special electronical doorknob which future guests should be careful of not to slam the room's door. By some reason this place reminded me of one Hyatt hotel I used to stay in frequently.
Negative: Hard to tell. The premises exceeded my expectations.
