Positive: Lovely place to wander around and enjoy the property. Very tranquil and picturesque. The restaurant food was excellent and staff top notch and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable.

Negative: Local water was kinda brownish but all good. There was drinking water available.

Summary: Great value in a peaceful atmosphere!

Positive: The Hotel Monasterio was an exceptional place to stay. Amazing hacienda and garden, furnished with love and taste, and run by an incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful family. The Christmas dinner was wonderful, and a few nights later the chef whisked up another dinner for us at short notice. The hotel is actually within walking distance of the archaeological park and several other beautiful historic sites.

Summary: Everybody must experience this wonderful hotel!
