Positive: Lovely house ,spacious and clean .would deffinatly recommend it .
Negative: Wasn't anything that Martin did ,he was a great host .Booking .com didn't sent us the code to get into the house .Eventually was able to get intouch with Martin .A few hours late .But all was good when we got into the house .

Positive: Very spacious, great for families. Seven of us stayed here with three kids with more than enough room. Very clean and well presented. If we come back over from Australia we will be booking here again. Good location close to a lot of towns.

Positive: We loved the impressive home, and, the kids and dogs loved the secure maintained yard and lawns. Great play areas inside and outside that the kids enjoyed. Very spacious for 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. My wife loved soaking in the roll-top bath. Great location with beaches and attractions 30 minutes away. Ample on site parking. The host ( Martin) gave excellent arrival information, called to ensure we were settled in, and, was easily contactable.
Negative: Having to go home.

Positive: House is huge. Fab gardens. Well equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. Shower in main bathroom is amazing. Electric gates made everything feel secure.
Negative: No key for front door so if you needed to use the front exit in an emergency you couldn't. This caused my autistic daughter quite a bit of stress. A lot of cobwebs and a previous guest had left chewed gum in one of the kitchen drawers (eughhh). Bins in bathrooms weren't emptied and there were used cotton buds and hair in them (again eughhhh!!) Bed frame in room I used was quite dusty so I had to clean it. Bit of TLC needed by cleaning team.

Positive: It is an absolutely excellent place to stay can not fault it only 20 minutes to letterkenny and 20 mins to Derry. The house has everything you could want and more and Martin the host is an absolute gentleman couldn’t be more help. Very suitable for couples, family or a group of friends will definitely be coming back to stay again.
Summary: Absolutely fantastic should have booked it for another couple of nights.
