Clean, private 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom secluded guest house, located 300 feet behind the main house, on a beautiful wooded property.
Walking in you will enter an open living space boasting a modern kitchen and island with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and seating for 4 guests.
Opening up into the living room space with sofa, 2 accent chairs, 60" tv with roku, and large sliding windows with a view out to the elevated terrace.
Outside you'll find the tranquil patio surrounded by wild pines and palm trees is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while bird watching or a nice evening glass of wine. Both bedrooms boast comfortable queen size beds and are equipt with full ensuite bathrooms. Beach towels are provided. The essence of the home embodies the nature of the property.
Entering the property, you will follow the posted signs for Moninanu Cottage, making a left onto the unpaved private drive and following it around to the open roundabout for guest parking in front of the cottage. Hut located by parking is for garbage, only bagged trash allowed to deter potential wildlife.

Summary: Moninanu Cottage was absolutely a hidden gem that we are so lucky to have found. The cottage was in pristine condition and exactly as pictured and described. We didn’t need to contact the owners for much, but our couple of communications were responded to immediately. Our group has already discussed how much we would like to return and stay there again. Highly recommended!

Summary: The modern guesthouse is behind the main house in a residential neighborhood. It's perfect for us so that we could visit family nearby and close to stores and the beautiful Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Preserve. The house is clean and pleasant with a nice deck and updated furnishings and all needed amenities. We hope to come back and enjoy this lovely place again.
