Positive: Shanti home lovely peaceful sleep, lovely quiet street free from traffic
Negative: Dog barking but that's Katmandu, it's my sensitivity and it's a lot less than thamel. Other than that lovely stay

Positive: Owners are friendly and hospitable. We chatted and drank raksi for a bit. Shower is good with hot water available whole day.
Negative: Matress and pillows are literally filled with bricks. Pretty uncomfortable to sleep on the bed. Location is full of dogs and pigeons so it was quite annoying at night/morning time. For 1 night sleep it's okay but no longer than that. You can definitely find better and cheaper places to stay.
