Positive: From the very first day, our stay here felt like a dream come true. We booked a ground-floor studio loft and it exceeded every expectation; fully equipped with a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, and television (TiVo included!), it gave us the comfort and independence of home while being just steps away from the sea. Being the paranoid tech nerd that I am, I brought my own internet connection, so I never actually checked whether the place offered free Wi‑Fi. The location is unbeatable: easy access to the beautiful Tyrrhenian coast, plus the incredible bonus of a private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price (shoutout to Lido Tirreno). Having our own lettini and ombrelloni waiting for us every day made the experience even more relaxing and carefree. What truly made this holiday unforgettable, however, was the people. Every single person we met was courteous, kind, and genuinely welcoming. This is something rare to find in tourist destinations off-season, when locals are often tired after the busy summer months. Instead, we felt embraced with warmth and hospitality at every moment. Our long family stay was filled with countless little details that made everything perfect, from the well-provided apartment to the serene beach atmosphere and the extraordinary kindness of everyone around us. It was the kind of holiday that leaves you with lasting memories and the desire to return again and again. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a true slice of paradise by the sea. 🌞🏖️

Negative: If I have to be completely honest, the only downside was a faint smell of cat urine in the surroundings. To be fair, this is not the hotel’s responsibility since there are quite a few stray cats in the nearby properties, and despite efforts to mask it with air fresheners, the source is outside the hotel’s control. After a couple days it became tolerable, and it didn’t affect our overall enjoyment. Other than that, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Negative: the property is called "seafront" on booking.com. although the property is close to the sea, the apartment looks at an internal courtyard with a wall. basic outdated furniture/layout Parking is very tight for a long car
