Whether it is to celebrate a special event or simply to treat yourself to a weekend of relaxation, Chalet Pallas is the exceptional place to unwind in all seasons.
Important: To access the chalet, you have to take a steep hill of about 100 m. This coast is cleared of snow by the city, but only a 4 x 4 is able to access it during the winter season. Parking is available at the top of this hill at a distance of approximately 350 m from the chalet.
Hébergia is committed to respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, parties are never allowed in our chalets, and the number of guests must not exceed the limit specified in your contract. We also kindly ask you to keep noise levels reasonable. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion and an additional fee of $500 for any inconvenience caused. Summary: The place has what you need mostly. Chalet isn't hard to find but access, however, is quite tricky. The hill climb could prove difficult for some with a car not powerful enough. Cottage is very nice inside and out.

Summary: This is a great location for getting away from it all. It is close to a lake (but no direct easy access),near a decent ski hill, and is miles (or KMs if you prefer) from "civilization", at least any big cities. The closest border crossing to the US is rather remote, so crossing can take little time if you are well prepared. There are a couple of things to be aware of. The road down is steep and rough. If you have a front or rear drive only, you may have trouble getting back up. Conditions were dry when we were there, but I can't imagine what things would be like if there was snow and ice or mud on the road. I suppose a few more unplanned days? The other thing was the tight spiral staircase that goes between the parking level and the main level. It is very narrow and a bit steep. If you have any leg-related disabilities it might be a challenge to climb. If the weather is nice, there is a more gradual incline around the back. The washer and dryer as well as a couple of the bigger bedrooms is at the lower (parking) level, so needing to the lower level is necessary. Other than that, the overall floorplan was very nice. The location was great. The deck was awesome. We had a great time! This is a really nice vacation rental if 1) you have the right vehicle to get to it, and 2) you don't mind the steep and narrow spiral staircase.

Summary: Very nice property with plenty of space. Fully equiped kitchen, big lazy couch and a very cozy fireplace. The property was clean, the beds were made and the number of towels was absolutely sufficient. The view on the lake was stunning and waking up while watching the sun rise from bed was a good start of the day. The trip to Owls Head ski was around 6 min. by car. We also traveled to Bromont (40 min.) and Mont Orford (30 min.).

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The mattresses in the loft are comfortable. It’d be better if there is a place to hang the clothes in the loft. And the couch in the living room is uncomfortable. The hot water tank is small.
