There is a three acre pond, manicured lawns and a 1.5 acre horse corral. Located three miles off of I-90, 30 minutes to the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. 45 minutes to Bridger Bowl and 1.23 hours to Big Sky Resort! There is a manager/caretaker living on site on the property for any emergencies.

Summary: Our family came from all over the country and this property accommodated half of us (total of 14 people at two properties), ages ranging from 93 to 2. It is a beautiful country setting, very clean and nicely appointed. Close enough to Bozeman for airport access but away from heavy traffic, city noise and neighbors. We cooked most meals here as there are limited dining options in Three Forks. Bring your own seasonings and spices including sugar and flour. The TV did not work but that wasn't critical. The property description and pictures don't do it justice, it is very nice. Lots of game to watch, a great patio area and a very nice sunroom. We had a lovely time.

Summary: Stayed here for a fishing trip with friends and had an amazing time. The property is in pristine condition with plenty of room for activities! Between hanging out on the lawn, swimming in the pond, fishing in the river 5 minutes away, and a short drive into town, this place is perfect! Would stay here again any time!

Summary: The home is very comfortable, clean, great location. Its private but close to the town of Three Forks, Headwaters, and an hour and half from Big Sky and West Yellowstone. The home is very high-end however there are very minor things that need to be addressed (i.e. light bulbs need to be replaced and beds are showing their age). We would definitely return to this property.

Summary: We have had the opportunity to stay at many wonderful vacation properties. A few of them have been really special. This is one of them. Everyone in our group hopes to return and stay again.

Summary: Plenty of room for everyone (8 of us). Nice kitchen where several can work at once. Several light bulbs needed replacing. Not enough silverware. Nice patio and hot tub. All in all, we had a great time! Thank you.

Summary: the location was great and the house is beautiful! the space is great for a large group but it seemed needed a bit of TLC. lots of light bulbs needed to be replaced throughout the house, can light fixture hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen, fixtures in need of a cleaning as well as the lower oven, and broken blinds in one of the bedroom windows. considering the cost of the house we had hoped that the kitchen would have been better appointed with more seasonings and gadgets (like hand juicer, tongs) but just know you will need to bring anything beyond salt and pepper. i learned on the last morning that the downstairs bathroom had an ant infestation but i am sure they would have addressed it had we mentioned it. again, the location was awesome and with some simple refreshing it would have been totally perfect!

Summary: We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space. We didn't see the on-site property manager during our stay, but Heather was super responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return and recommend the property.

Summary: The house was exactly as seen online. It is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely go back. The kids and adults enjoyed fishing, canoeing, paddle boating and swimming in the lake. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
