Summary: Please do not stay in a non-renovated room. Ours smelled of cigarettes, and multiple things didn't work, like the safe, etc. We asked for a new safe and never got one. The staff was OK, a little indifferent to our complaints, but not the end of the world.

Summary: My son had an event in town and had to adhere to a specific diet so we had to ask a ton of questions. We brought lots of stuff and were prepared to have to leave the facility to get what we needed. But - it worked out great staying at the hotel. There was parking, restaurant and the beds were comfortable so my kiddo was well rested. Next year will book the same hotel.

Summary: stayed at many Monte Carlo, usually good nice because they have bar and restaurant on site. this one is in need of renovations, big time. bathroom ceiling has mold like stains, dresser and bathrooms drawers and doors damaged and don't close.

Summary: Dirty rooms, sparse breakfast. Lots of staff from India glaring at anyone who wasn't also clearly from India. Ok for the price, but ehhhh I'd avoid overall

Summary: Our room was extremely dated, Reno is overdue. Carpet had holes and staining similar to the couch. Staff were friendly and made eye co tact which we appreciate. Water pressure was awesome and the TV’s and linens were good! Breakfast was ok, zero protein provided but the choices an available were good quality foods. Overall a bit shabby and rough looking especially for the price.

Summary: Manpreet had called earlier to discuss a few details about my reservation and she was quite rude over the phone by continuously interrupting me and talking over me. I was then put on hold for over 7minutes and the remainder of the interaction was very poor. I nearly cancelled my reservation. Once we arrived at the hotel the linens were dirty as well. I will say, the MOD was very helpful and had arranged for the linens to be changed fairly quickly. This stay was rather disappointing since I have been frequenting this hotel for nearly ten years.

Summary: The good - plenty of hot water. good value for the money. It was pretty quiet during my stay. The not so good - this chain is getting a make over so currently there are many things that are looking tired.
