Summary: Window did not open. But, the heat unit did turn to slight air conditioning when turned down to it's lowest setting 61F so it was almost bearable temperature at night.

Summary: Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and room was to our liking. Near lots of restaurants and shops. I was quite disappointed with the check in experience however. We booked a room for a family of 4 (both parents, one teenager and one young child). We booked the room and paid ahead of time. Upon our arrival, we were told that in order for our teenage son to stay, we needed to pay a $25 up charge (came to almost $30 with tax) as he was to be charged an adult fee to stay. I have booked hotels at a variety of hotel establishments for many years and I have never been asked to pay an extra adult fee. We had a room with 2 double beds (4 person occupancy). So, I don’t know what the issue was. I paid the fee, but was not satisfied. I don’t know why we were penalized for having our teenager stay with us. Not acceptable.
