Positive: We had a wonderful stay overal. Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful grounds and buildings, everything maintained with great love and care. Gourmet breakfast.

Negative: If you go on the Fishermen’s trek to Oceceixe, you will need a taxi to get to the accommodation. Please note that Uber and Bolt do not go there or pick you up. You have to walk about 1km. I highly recommend ordering a local taxi - they know the way - they will send you the contact from the reception - and order in advance!!! And we did have a surprise in the morning when we discovered ants in our room, in our bed, in our luggage’s…We understand these things can happen, but we hope the hotel can address this. We’d still love to return, as everything else was lovely!

Positive: Everything was meticulous and clean. Each day started on a good note with a proper hot shower and delicious breakfast. It’s been a while since a hotel has exceeded expectations. We went low season (Nov) so it was very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed setting with a pool and gorgeous surrounding fauna. Location was a little further from Odeceixe beach than we expected (a short drive away) but was not an issue as it was so lovely and worth it. Highly recommend.

Negative: Nothing. Loved it!
