Positive: Great interior, nice view from the balcony. We really enjoyed.
Negative: Bit warm in the studio, and looks bit bigger on the photos than in person. A bit weird with no staff and everything done online.

Positive: Great localization in a village, far from any noise or crowds. Great views as well. The apartment was spacious and clean but some items were in not so good condition (kitchen drawers) or badly mounted (a tilted toilet! ;). I liked the billard table hidden below the seemingly normal table (a nice surprise).
Negative: This apartment is managed by a company called K*****. It’s hard to reach anyone—nobody seems to know anything, and it usually takes more than 24 hours to get a reply. There are also no manuals for any of the devices. What really made me angry, though, was that I was accused of breaking the tempered-glass sauna door (the glass actually shattered spontaneously), and they tried to trick me into paying for it. Unnecessary stress.

Positive: Great play room for children, the sauna is nice too. Good access to the Biber Scharte and ski slopes.
Negative: There is no control of the heat in your unit. It is always on. The staff does not know how to fix that. The staff made me send them confirmation of payment before they would register me and check us in. I prepaid via Booking.com weeks prior. Seems like something simple, but not my problem. Then, coming back from dinner, the staff accused me of under-paying for occupancy, saying my booking had 2 people versus my 5 person family. Completely untrue and unnecessary to accuse me of, essentially, stealing. Perhaps the Austrians accuse you of the things they themselves would do, but we will not be going back to this property.
Summary: Good playroom, incompetent staff.

Positive: The apartment was in a beautiful location. There were enough beds for my family.
Negative: The balcony was not accessible because it was physically blocked off. This was not disclosed in the listing. The shower head in the main bathroom kept drooping down which made it difficult to shower. The automatic lights in the bathroom kept going out which at one point caused my wife to half to shower in the dark. There were a lot of burnt out lights.

Positive: Nicely tucked away near the slopes of Biberwier (850m away) and at walking distance of the local supermarkt Mmini making it very convenient during our family holidays. Parking in front of the property and they have thought of everything you’ll need for a great and relaxing holiday. Great breakfast buffet, spacious communal areas, lovely spa and a great optional massage option which we highly recommend (try the Tirol Massage, its doing miracles!) and an amazing interior kids playground with obstacle track, tons of games, books and other stuff to keep children of all ages busy. You’ll also find a big tv with loads of movies and a Wii to survive a rainy day. The Family Suite was also meeting our expectations when it comes to space, amenities and had a gorgeous view on the mountain from which we were also able to see the nice fireworks on New Years Eve. All in all Monte Vita exceeded the expecations of what we would have expected from this type of concept and made us have a wonderful family holiday where each one of us was being served at his needs!
Negative: Honestly couldn’t come up with anything.. even if trying to be critical. :)
