This 4-bedroom house can accommodate up to 16 people with the amount of available beds and bathrooms. The master bedroom contains 2 queen beds, bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, and bedroom 4 has 2 double beds. There are also 2 full bathrooms situated on either side of the house.

Summary: This home was the perfect size for our family vacation. Everyone had their own comfortable bed with their nuclear family. It would've been helpful to have hooks or even a small dresser in the bedrooms so that we didn't have to live out of our suitcases all week. The dining and living rooms had enough seating for our party of 7 so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. The weather was kind of crummy so we spent a fair amount of time watching movies and sports on the big television. The day that we arrived we noticed that the toilet seat in the hall bathroom was cracked in half and the owner sent his landlord out to repair that on Christmas Eve.Yeah Additionally one of the pipes in the double sink was leaking all over the floor and the day after Christmas that was repaired. Because there were 2 sinks it wasn't an issue. My only suggestion is that the cleaning crew take some time to wipe down the baseboards throughout the house as well as the cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathrooms. We brought our own Christmas tree and stockings and it was a very festive celebration with family.

Summary: This home accommodated our large family as we met up for a Sewanee football game for the weekend. With so many beds and bedrooms, everyone had space to sleep. The home was very clean. We ate dinner in one night and the kitchen and dining area were very user friendly and spacious. Loved the porches! Overall great stay!

Summary: There were a few issues that if resolved would make for a great experience. There were many ants on the walls in one bathroom. The electrical outlets along one kitchen wall did not work and the circuit breaker was downstairs and inaccessible. The coffee maker and microwave were unusable until it was reset. It took almost 24 hours to get someone the fix it, meanwhile we were without. The TV remote was without batteries and no manual buttons so we couldn’t use the TV for the same nearly 24 hours. The AC was slow to cool down the house and the humidity stayed between 68 and 80% so everything sort of felt “sticky”. Unsure if it’s the correct sized unit for the house. Location is great and everything except the AC is an east fix. There’s small things like a missing floor transition piece and dinged baseboards but overall they are not big deals.

Summary: My bridal party stayed in this home the night before and after my wedding. It was all women and when we went to check in it was at night following the rehearsal dinner and very dark on the mountain. We tried the code I had been emailed the week of check in, but it continued to not work. When we tried to call Eric, he didn’t answer. Some of the girls walked around the back of the home and the back door was WIDE OPEN. It freaked us out so much, we called my (now) husband and some groomsmen to check out the house for us. They did, and it was clear. After multiple calls we did get a hold of Eric who gave us a new code. But when we entered the home, we realized one of the bedrooms had a door and window directly going out of it. As we were all women, we chose not to sleep on this room and double up in many of the beds instead. I wish this would’ve been made more clear when we booked home. All in all everything was clean and well organized. And the rest of our stay was smooth and enjoyable!

Summary: Surprising little nice touches like quality cookware and a first aid kit for the occasional boo boo. Excellent for larger lodging needs with plenty of silverware, glassware, plate ware, linens, seating and comfortable beds. Quiet for being off a Main Street. Erik was pleasant and responsive.
