Positive: The home itself was cute. The layout of the house was cute too. There was a nice view from the rear bedroom to the bay and we had our own dock. The neighborhood was cute and the neighbors were quiet.
Negative: I didn't like being greeted like I was an idiot by the guy at the rental office- I arrived 20 mins before check-in to be told to come back after the time. The home is extremely outdated and there were ants everywhere. The couches were dirty and sticky feeling and you literally only got 4 channels on the TV and the rear bedroom didn't have batteries in the remotes.

Positive: We were able to bring our dog which was a huge benefit. The water pressure was great for the showers.
Negative: The interior space was only 860sf but listed at 1700 sf online. The outside trash can was full of maggots and smelled horrible. It sat for three days until trash pickup even though we called to have it cleaned out. The bed in the master sagged in the middle so it was difficult to sleep. The bunk beds in the small bedroom were missing springs so the mattress sank to the ground. And the bunks were just two twins stacked on top of each other. There were damp pods all over to collect the moisture which could have been avoided by turning down the dehumidifier setting. NO WiFi and only three channels on the satellite. I don’t recommend this for a family with respiratory issues.
Summary: You get what you pay for.
