Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was well cared for and provided what we needed. The location was exactly where we needed to be. The one issue we had was trying to keep the thermostat set to the temperature that the host asked us to. We are from Boston and visiting Houston in June was very humid, so we were too hot.

Summary: We had a nice stay at this lovely three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Lots of room to relax. TV downstairs and 2 TVs upstairs. Two dining tables for easy computer space and eating. Full kitchen for cooking. Covered parking for one car in driveway. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Has washer & dryer. Theresa was very kind and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Felt very secure and safe in the home and the neighborhood. Thank you for a very nice one month stay at your home.

Summary: Here's a list of noteworthy things about our stay. 1) The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. 2) Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tennis courts. 3) Very comfortable beds and bedrooms. 4) Backyard is lovely with the koi pond. 5) Tea in the rooms was a very nice touch, although I don’t drink tea. 6) Instructions on how to get in were very well written. 7) Kitchen had everything we needed, mostly. Concern - with all of the beautiful, breakable decorations, it's not a good place for kids or older people who are unsteady on their feet. We were constantly afraid of breaking something.
