Summary: Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,"

Summary: Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Summary: I enjoyed that the property was on the first floor. The parking and entrance to the property were very close. The main gate was difficult to open and lock. The beach is close by. There is no washer and dryer for guest use. There is no swimming pool.

Summary: The owner sent me an incorrect pin, wasted time and gas, then I was charged with extra fees that were not indicated on the website. When I called hotels.com they told me he never answered to give out an explanation. Other than that, the location is good.
