Summary: Excellent stay at this emblematic building located at the very centre of Montreal. The only reason I removed a star is because I froze during my entire stay: whatever I did with the A/C panel, I never managed to get it less strong. Because I was there only 2 nights, I thought it wasn't worth bothering Reception with it...but it was cold for someone used to European buildings with little to no A/C. Everything lse was perfect, from the friendly and helpful personnel and the scrumptious breakfast buffet to the view from our room and the comfort of the beds.

Summary: The location is excellent, close to all public transportation, and walkable to most interesting tourist sites. Amenities are very good, although the service in the terrace restaurant was slow. Otherwise a very enjoyable vacation and property.

Summary: The staff was amazing. They were professional and very kind. Check-in and check-out was quick and smooth. The room was very clean and the elevators were fantastic. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip to four cities in Canada. We were very impressed with the hotel and services.
