Summary: We had a family vacation and it was a really nice house and had privacy and the kids loved to go crabbing and fishing off the pier. Loved the layout of the house and the big table in the lanai for our family meals. We made food all three days. Didn't go out to eat. Recommend

Summary: weather was horrible for us, but we still enjoyed the stay. Wind was no joke in all of VA that weekend, so... No crab, but lots of catfish. One white perch. House is in a very quiet area and the dock was way better than the pictures showed. We spend so much time on the water that we like nice docks and room for all of us to gather out there. Nice tvs and internet access was great even for son in law who had to work remotely some. The house is laid out nicely so you can be together or separate. All appliances worked well except the dryer, so hopefully they get that fixed before the summer season. Yard was great and plenty of room. We loved having our dog with us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, plates, cups, etc... We eat all meals in and there were plenty of glass pans and storage containers which isn't always the case. We will definitely be back to this beautiful place. Trust you'll have an awesome rental season!

Summary: Took family for a vacation for three nights. Love the layout. They answered questions right away. The kids loved being able to fish and crabbing. Even tho didn't really catch anything. The big table is wonderful to have family dinners with the wonderful view of the water. Was just so peaceful and quiet and recommend it to anyone with a family.
