Summary: This place has a lot to offer and we had a blast. The roon itself was dirty, our shower curtain had stains all over it, sheets had stains, trash cans had no lining and were also stained. The carpet looked pretty rough the bathtub was dirty, the shower walls had hair from a previous stay. If it ot wasn't for the attractions within walking distance I would have left day one and booked another location. Not all staff was friendly but I did encounter a few smiles and hellos. All in all it was just an okay stay.

Summary: Check in time took about ten minutes. The wait was long and only two people to check in a long line of people. They would not honor passes for Palm beach because we did not book directly with them. Refrigerator would not cool, not all the lights would come on, the adjoining room door made it where we could hear everything going on in the next room.

Summary: The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. Everyone was really gracious very accommodating, but it was lacking on a valets and I know we did come on a Monday left on a Wednesday, but the magnitude of your hotel should have plenty of valets.

Summary: Staff was great! Stains in the carpet, outdated technology, mold in the shower…not so great. Air on the lowest setting was still pretty warm, especially for summer.

Summary: Our family trip was excellent , very impressed that Moody goes above and beyond to provide activities for the family , the games on the terrace , the smores , the popsicles was very thoughtful and accommodating . We was very satisfied with the excellent accommodations !!
