Positive: I like the fact that the dining hours are longer than most resorts. it prevents persons from rushing to get meals.
Negative: It is the first resort i have been to that i had to join a line of 20 persons to get into the dining area on three occasions. This is suggesting that the resort is short staffed. My room had two single beds and i booked one king size bed. it was uncomfortable in the room.

Positive: The food was amazing. Geovanni who works in the catering department was very professional, great customer service. Other staff's was just there to collect tips.
Negative: We checked in on our wedding night and was given a deal on an upgraded room. We were told it had great views but this wasn't true. I feel we paid for nothing. This was very disappointing.
