Positive: If you are planning on overnight before going to Koh Tao the location is exceptional because it is only a 5mins drive to the pier.
Negative: A bit dated but for the price I find it is to be very reasonable. If you are coming in late remember to get your dinner before as it is quite remote from town.

Positive: We were in a room with covered area at front over looking the pool.Room was clean,bed thai hard and odd not providing a top sheet ,just a velour blanket !! but fine. Pool was huge and quite nice,although tiled steps in are slippery. Food was tasty. We wanted to hire a motorcycle but only one available the back brakes didn't work !! Beach opposite ..needs a clean-up...understand it (rubbish)floats in but even the beach bar wasn't cleaned of rubbish right in front of it!!

Positive: Great place to stay if you’ve been to or heading to Koh Tao, close to the ferry terminal in Chumphon and the hotel provides shuttle. Beach next to the resort was so massive and quiet it was so stunning! Tents are fun to stay in, bathroom is just behind the tent so at night you have to leave the tent. Great value for money! Pool is massive. We had dinner in the resort too which was great. AC in tent very powerful.
Negative: So many lizards in the bathroom! But they keep the bugs away :)
