Positive: Very nice staff Was a very warm welcome. Really nice room. Bath room was nice, shower and a bath tub. Very hot water. The place was very clean. We had a really relaxing stay. All in all a really good stay. We would definitely go back.
Negative: Only down fall was the really thin roads leading to the place.

Positive: Wonderful host who is dedicated to the clients and to creating a good experience. The place is spotlessly clean. It is as described with fresh modern fittings and furnishings.
Negative: I wish I had known exactly what the breakfast content was so that I could have asked for natural yoghurt and generally healthy contents like more fresh fruit. It hadn’t occurred to me that it would be high sugar from reading the existing reviews.

Positive: eautiful accommodation finished to a high standard with great attention to detail We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property within easy reach of Bideford and other lovely towns and villages in North Devon. Our room was beautifully furnished to a high standard with a luxurious bathroom and well equipped kitchen/dining area. We stayed in room 3 which opened out onto a lovely courtyard and there were extensive gardens and areas to sit outside, this room even has its own small private garden which is ideal if you have a dog. Our breakfast was beautifully prepared with local ingredients and left outside our door in a cool box each morning. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to others
