Summary: The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the floor. The breakfast wasn’t planned out well and may have been understaffed. Had to wait for food as the heating trays were very small. There was no standard orange juice available at the drink dispenser. Lots of small things add up, would likely stay elsewhere in the future.
