Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Moradia dos Quadros. The atmosphere was very special, relaxing and magical. The house is so beautiful and in combination with the amazing garden the whole setting reminded me of the Mama Mia movie :) As soon as we entered the house it felt like we’re home. The location is great because it’s central and still surrounded by nature. The view from the terrace is stunning. The room was very clean, tidy, spacious, and comfy creating a welcoming atmosphere. Neves is a great host! Very caring and helpful. He welcomed us with open arms and made us feel like home. All in all we strongly recommend this place to have a unique experience. Thanks you so much for the wonderful stay!

Positive: The location is really amazing, the view from the terrace is great. The host is a very nice guy who has designed the place very thoughtfully, taking into consideration every need of the guest. The home cooked meal was also delicious. I would for sure recommend it to anyone travelling to Divar Island!

Positive: The Property was well maintained. Very peaceful and scenic . I am in love with the Balcao. It's an Home stay. The owner Upgraded our room for no extra cost Food and Drinks are available in the Kitchen which was served by paying a little more than MRP. The caretaker Lady Maria is too sweet. Though I didn't had any food . But she spoke to me about things which she can make mainly Goan cuisine.

Negative: The Owner talks a Lot. He was continuously following me during check-in. Which I feel is unnecessary.

Positive: Just a day and a night at this beautiful home in a tranquil and scenic location, but the memories of this stay will be unforgettable. The house and furnishing was amazing and the owner, Neves was very welcoming. His hospitality and the care he took of us made us feel that we were part of his family. This was not all. The meals Maria cooked for us, especially the traditional Goan dishes were absolutely delicious. We will be back!

Positive: A rustic serene ambience, tasteful yet comfortable old world furniture, langorous setting of swings, hammocks , lazy chairs nestled in sprawling verandahs with sitouts adjoining a lush tropical garden, exquisite landscaping in the midst of spectacular natural greenery, a sky viewing terrace with thoughtfully provided for mattresses to soak in the glory of the sunshine or the night skies - an eclectic combination of nature and modern comforts crafted ingeniously, nurtured and cared for down to each meticulous detail...well done Neves, keep up the great work! Positive: Mr.Neves is a humble person who takes care of everything right from our arrival till we leave the property.The ferry connectivity from the mainland is very flexible & frequent & it's easy to reach the property once we are on the island.Best place to stay on the island to experience the tranquility of country side goa.
