Positive: Location to the football stadium was great, and exactly what I was looking for.
Negative: The door leading to the basement is a complete safety hazard. The basement door opens into the stairwell leading down to the basement, instead of into the kitchen. So not knowing that the door leads down into the basement, my 6yo sold opened the door, and walked forward expecting the floor to continue, not expecting stairs to be there and fell all the way down the stairs into the basement. Thankfully he was not hurt, except for some bruises. This is a serious safety issue, and is not in compliance with WV State Building Codes.

Positive: Good experience visiting Morgantown. The area is actually very safe, not what I feel at the beginning. You can walk to McDonald’s nearby. The inside is very nice. Kitchen is pretty new and convenient. Bathroom very clean.
Negative: The only thing concerns me is that there is this strange smell, but you get used to it after the 1st day.
