NOISE:
This is a strict no party house, bucks or footy weekends. We understand that every group is different, but we do not make exceptions.
The property is in a Environmental Conservation Zone area and council regulates outside noise, to ensure the valley stays quiet and neighbors aren’t disturbed. Although this is a 1.5 acre property, sound travels and is amplified in the valley.
Please keep in mind:
- There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time.
- There is no noise allowed outdoors after 10pm, its best to move the socialising indoors after that.
If this might interfere with your weekend away plans then please reach out to discuss.
We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house.
In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund.
All booking requests need to include confirmation and agreement to the 10pm noise curfew outside.

Summary: The youth and their leaders all had a great time at this house. Some features that really helped our stay: - Big communal areas that could fit everybody comfortably, and the overall structure of the house just ‘made sense.’ It wasn’t a maze or divided so it guided everybody back into the communal area which was great for building fellowship. - Excellent heating options making it very suitable for winter: every room has its own aircon, bathroom heaters, and outdoor heaters too. - Caters for different ages. We had an older youth group that loved all the entertainment options available, but I was also so pleased that my two young boys were also very catered for. My husband and I really appreciated the two cots, the high chair, the Ingenuity baby chair, and the mandarin tree that our son found very fun to collect mandarins from. - The location was great, being close to many other facilities. Coles, Dominos, different cafes, and the beach were all very easily accessed during our stay. We had also organised for a family member to look after our older son on Saturday so my husband and I could spend time with the youth. They were also very pleased that there was a MonkeyMania and other toddler options available nearby to keep him entertained. - Communication with Daniel was clear, simple and fairly prompt when replying to all my messages. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat and we are very thankful for all the small positive details that make a huge difference ultimately.

Summary: Very large and well set out property suited for a friends and family get away. 90 minute drive from Sydney. Very clean, comfortable beds, large private location, great kitchen and spaces to chill. Kids loved the heated pool. Puppies loved the huge lawn to run around.

Summary: Myself, family and friends had the best weekend away of the year! Even with the weather not helping much, the whole complex was very comfortable, each space beautifully planned, immaculate and cozy at the same time! Everyone loved and so far the host gave us the best assistance and tips to enjoy the most! The pool was a must and we are already planning to comeback and enjoy a few sunny days! Summary: Right from first contact with the host we found our stay exceptional and we enjoyed all this stunning property has to offer. Summary: We had a fantastic weekend away with our extended family. The property easily accommodated our family groups that included babies, toddlers, teens and adults. It was very spacious, stylish and clean. The outdoor spaces were great for the kids to explore and the little ones loved the upstairs play and bunk room. The fireplace and underfloor heating made it very cosy despite the wet and cold conditions. The property hosts were very quick to reply to any queries we had during our stay. We would love to come back in summer to enjoy the pool and proximity to the central coast beaches.
