Summary: There were some very good pluses person who helped me at the front desk was quite lovely. I had already been checked in by the time I arrived. And my requests had been honored. However, there was a lot missing in the room as well. There was no hair dryer and the ice maker was completely empty without any indication that it was broken. But there was an extra fan in the room which is good because it was very warm on that day. It's also within walking distance of great restaurants. Great stores and if you're bit more spry than me, you can walk to the Embarcadero. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Summary: This is an older property that could use new towels and complete remodeling of their rooms. It's adequate for a summer room in a tourst town.
