Positive: This is a clean, quiet, basic hotel in Puno that is close to the main square and the bus station. We had a nice hot shower to start the day. The owner was really nice. He provided us with a good and early breakfast (6am) so we could eat before heading to the bus. He also flagged down a taxi for us and confirmed the price to the bus station.

Positive: Very nice and helpfull staff. They even made us breakfast at 4.30 in the morning, because we had to catch an early bus.

Positive: Everything. personnel, room, common spaces, awesome breakfast. Flexibility: My bus departed so early, earlier than breakfast timetable and they offered a breakfast out of the official timing. They also took me from the hotel to the bus stop to avoid waiting for a taxi. Nice facts when you are starting a New stage of your trip.
