Summary: Our unit was just as described. Updated and very clean and comfortable. There was everything you could want except an iron but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Maybe if I called down they would have one for me but it was a quick change and out the door so I didn’t have time. We did have an issue with the shower not draining well and let the desk know. Not sure if there was anything to be done because it did drain after a while but you did stand in a good 1/2-1 inch of water in between it draining when it wanted too. :) We would definitely stay her again. Very close driving to everything. A bit far to walk (for us)to the main part of South Congress. Loved our time in Austin.

Summary: The hotel was very accommodating, the room was very spacious and was very well equipped with supplies and even had a washer/dryer inside the room. The overall look and feel was a very nice hotel for the price. The pool area was just right and the gym had peloton bikes along with other amenities. Overall very nice hotel!

Summary: I booked this reservation only days before we were to arrive so no cancellation possible. When we arrived we were placed in a 1 BR suite far different from what I had booked and was nonplussed. The next morning I asked that we might view other units and was shown exactly the one I had booked. The manger agreed to move us immediately. However, she called about an hour later while we were at a planned family event to report that the unit needed maintenance and that they would like to place us into a new larger unit as a complementary gesture to my earlier disappointment. We enjoyed the rest of our 6 night stay in a very comfortable two bedroom apartment and my excitement about staying there when I booked was far exceeded. Thank you Managment! Barvo!!!! GAC
