Summary: The stay was okay but the covers had small holes in them like cigarette burns, the air conditioner had broken pieces, the phone did not work or have a dial tone, the pool was not open, and the restroom and sink area was clean and nice

Summary: The staff were great! Check in wass fast abd friendly. The Motel is Pet friendly, polite and clean. I was exausted,checked in late in the evening, about 10ish, ended up oversleeping and running late for check-out. They were kind and allowed me an extra few minutes to finish packing up and get my things (including my cat into my vehicle. Could have (and many other places would have) charged me for that. I was very appreciative for that.

Summary: Motel had no water for several days (busted pipe). Some of the front desk staff were a bit impatient and had a bit of an attitude. System locked me out of my room a day before checkout. Got the issue resolved immediately. Wifi dropped out for a few hrs.
