Summary: When I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. They had a sign up that said that they would be back in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff was friendly enough to check in and then I went to my room when I got to my room and turn the light on, I never roaches I would left the room, went back downstairs to tell the front desk person that I wanted to refund and leave and they tried to talk me into another room. I wasn’t comfortable staying, but because of the late hour I had no other choice and because they were not giving me back my money I had no other choice. He did find me a room on the third floor way away from the room on the second floor however I was on pins and needles sleeping all night. I inspected the room as thoroughly as I could. before going to bed.

Summary: Told me that I booked the wrong room that didn’t include a refrigerator and microwave so I didn’t have either, and also saw small roaches, won’t be going back there.

Summary: It's a budget hotel, and it shows. But the staff at the desk was friendly, the room was clean. The shower had been recently re done and had a good shower head (for me that's a little thing that goes a long way for a hotel room). Id stay there again if in the area.

Summary: Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. You will not get a third time. First room they assigned WREAKED of urine. Second room? Cigarettes?! In a non-smoking motel?! My tv?! Didn’t work the ENTIRE night. Lastly?! Guests with pets should be on ONE central floor. You run the risk of guests after the pets having allergic reactions. I will be reaching out to whomever can issue me a partial refund.

Summary: The motel was amazingly quiet as it is close to the freeway. I stayed 2 nights, and i was extremely pleased with the staff friendliness, room amenities, clean and comfortable bed. I would give this motel 6 gold stars. For the price, the service and staff were top shelf.
